Legendary Terriers is a small kennel located North of Denver. Brent has his degree in Animal Science and has a lot of knowledge that comes in handy when working with genetics and reproduction. His understanding of how traits are inherited and hereditary defects are always used when making breeding decisions. Jennifer has her degree in Microbiology which proves to be very valuable in our terriers health. Gary is Jennifer's father and is also an integral part of Legendary Terriers. Gary is great at training dogs to perform to their maximum potential and plays a key role in the high level of success Legendary has achieved over the years.
The Jack Russell terrier was originally bred to hunt fox in England. At Legendary we believe it is very important to keep this natural hunting instinct. We are proud members of the JRTCA (Jack Russell Terrier Club of America) and this is the registry we choose to register our dogs through.
Terriers from Legendary tend to be great pets and are competitive in the conformation ring, at the race track or in the go to ground tunnel. We also hunt our terriers to a variety of quarry in Colorado as well as on Brent's family's land in Oklahoma.
